Custom Wedding Packages
When it comes to your special day, we want to be as accommodating as possible with your wedding photography packages by allowing them to be very customizable for you. There are three main packages and several options that can be added as well to create the perfect package for your wedding day.
Every wedding we capture is very special, just like to people we are doing the photography for and that usually means we will be making adjustments to the packages listed below, and that’s to be expected! This is after all, just a starting point for the two of you.
Let's start with the Standard Package, which contains the items that we've found the majority of couples are looking for. Everything in the Standard Package is also included in the Premium and Deluxe packages.

We know that your wedding day ranks up there as one of those all important milestones next to your Graduation, Bar Mitzvah, First Communion, and Baptism. If time is on your side, then you should meet with all your prospective photographers, including us. I cannot emphasize enough how important this is because the best photographer in the world with the worst attitude no matter how good a price, is a sure guarantee for a super stressful wedding day for everyone.
Who you eventually entrust the responsibility of documenting your special day will depend on your budget, your preference on the style i.e. traditional or the style of wedding photography. Chances are your search will start on the internet or through recommendations or word-of-mouth. Though the internet is a great place to begin your search, you should resist the temptation to hire someone without meeting them in person unless you are getting married in Hawaii or a location where it is impractical for you to meet with them. In that instance, you might consider contacting a local photographer and asking them if they do "destination weddings." (Which we do by the way.)
The interview is important to both sides because it allows both sides to gauge how they will get along. Not every photographer or company is right for every event, us included. That's why a contract that spells out the details will prevent any misunderstanding. So don't base your decision on a hiring a photographer on a price quote over the phone. Your initial phone call should just be to see if they are available on your wedding date. Once you've established that, you should keep an open mind and meet them. Most don't charge for that consultation so you have nothing to lose. If you can't make the appointment, at least call the photographer to reschedule or tell them you changed your mind about meeting them. They are after all, extending you the courtesy of a free consultation.
Photography Coverage
Your wedding day is captured from the time you start getting ready for your ceremony. There are so many little but very important details and memories to capture at this time. You will be thrilled to have these images for years to come! Getting ready involves your closest friends and family and having these pictures will remind you of your anticipating the joy of the wedding day. We take Color and Black & White Photography Retouched Images We print through two different labs and they handle color correction differently. EZ Prints is the lab for Power and Basic subscribers (and Pros if they choose it). At EZ Prints, color correction is included in the print price and automated through industrial-strength software and SmugMug's special recipe. It improves nearly every print. 
Because you can have two photographers, two unique points of view are captured effortlessly and seamlessly throughout your ceremony. We always work with a second photographer when requested on your wedding day, which will help us cover areas where the other one is not. The second photographer that we will have there, will have their own photographic style, personality and tireless work effort to bring to the event as well.
All of our photographers use professional equipment to photograph you special event which enables us to shoot in both color and black and white while on site. We also have the ability to do special “Black & White with color accent” photography back in our lab for you.
Our site is a full service site and will also allow you to make black and white photos out of color ones as well. For you photo album, let us know if you have a favorite photo that you would like to have converted and we’ll make sure you have it.
With our high end cameras and lenses, we will be taking images large enough to print on a whole billboard! (You may want something a little smaller.)
We will be uploading the best of photos to our full service website with a link you can share with all of your friends and family.
They can order their favorites right online with a credit card and have them shipped directly to their homes. (One more thing you don’t need to worry about while you are on you honeymoon…)
View Images On-Line and Ordering On-Line
We post the images from our weddings on our website so you can send the
link to your family and friends. This is the easiest way to share the memories with them, and I usually get the shots on the site in about two weeks. This is faster the the old proof album, we use to create and show couples.
Professional subscribers can choose Bay Photo as their printing lab instead, and color correction at Bay Photo is done by hand. It increases the base price of each print, but the special attention provides excellent results that are very consistent. Let us know which you prefer.
The Premium Package
All of the items listed above comprise the Standard Package.
The Premium Package includes all of the items in the Standard Package and adds these items. This is one of the most popular packages, because it includes a Wedding Album, Engagement Shoot, and Second Photographer.
Wedding Albums
We use Premira™ professional bound photo albums which blend traditional old-world craftsmanship with high technology precision construction. Premiras unique design incorporates the look of a bound book with a revolutionary patented Slip-Lock page system.
Premira brings together the best features of a bound album and combines them with the flexibility of a self mounted Slip-Lock page. The result is an elegant handmade product that is attractive, durable and easy to use.
Engagement Photography
A great way for us to get to know you before the wedding is at the engagement event! We will meet you at a favorite location, a park, Disney Land, the beach, you name it and we will spend some time working with you on a special 8x10 with a 16x20 signature mat that we'll put up at the wedding for all your guests to sign. This has always been a big hit and you'll have a great time reading all the comments afterwards! You can also use the images for a Save the Date card or magnet, a printed program at the wedding, thank you cards, and more. You will also get the digital files, just like you do from the wedding with a link to them on our website.
Second Photographer
Our Deluxe wedding photography package includes a special bridal portrait session before the wedding day which will have photos she can use with the DVD for the wedding reception. We will create a special video with moments captured and put them to music of her choosing as well.

The Deluxe Package
Bridal Portrait Session
All of our photographers have shot fashion shows professionally in the past and now it’s her turn! We will not only take photos for the event, but will have done a wonderful mini fashion show with her and her best friends to remember for a lifetime!
All the photos of the event will be uploaded to the website and will be available for download or printing from there. Special boudoir photos can also be arranged if requested.

With the growing popularity of Destination Weddings why not go to your honeymoon location and then get married? Who wouldn’t like to travel with the family and share this special and exciting time with those you love?
Several of our photographers have done just that and can tell stories of how much fun it was and have photos as well! We can take video “snapshots” if you will, of the wedding and make a DVD Video for you to show everyone back home – even before you get back!
